Robert has 28 years of experience running a variety of businesses and has been actively involved in property investment and development since 2006. He specialises in purchasing undervalued properties, adding value through a range of strategies before selling or refinancing. Robert’s keen eye for opportunity has led to a profitable portfolio of rental properties in London. He has also developed a number of sites that have accrued significant value through planning gain and refurbishment, most of which remain held under management.

David has more than 20 years’ experience in planning consultancy, and is a qualified barrister, solicitor, planning consultant and chartered surveyor. His background in advising Councils as well as private clients, combining legal experience with planning practice, uniquely distinguishes him from other planning consultants. David brings a developer-focussed and commercial approach with a robust insight to policy and law. DRK Planning works closely with investors and developers to help successfully deliver residential development projects throughout the UK, whether PD, Commercial Conversion or redevelopment projects.

Gordon heads up our sourcing function and is responsible for identifying and securing new projects. His main focus is on acquisitions, deal structuring and growing our project pipeline. This involves managing ongoing relationships with commercial and residential agents, identifying off-market opportunities via direct to vendor approaches, and liaising with property owners and JV partners. He has previously worked in finance and business development. He holds a BSc. in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics.

As a founding member of the Centure team, Project Manager Lydia has overseen the upgrade and redesign of all of our largest projects. Lydia has experience managing a broad range of client-inspired interior design projects. She tackles everything from minor refurbishments to major redevelopments.
